submitted by Nicholas M. - |Recommended: NoReview — Apartment complex makes portal changes, that has made it incredibly more difficult. The previous payment process was already a confusing site and chose an even worse site. Does not allow for partial payments if payment is split by two people.

We completely understand how frustrating payment portal changes can be, especially when the previous system was already difficult to navigate. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. You are still able to make partial payments as long as the rent charges have not yet posted to the ledger. Rent posts on the 27th of each month, and once it has posted, the system no longer allows split partial payments from multiple people/payment methods. If splitting payments throughout the month would be helpful, we do also offer Flex as an option. Flex pays your rent on the 1st, and you repay them in two installments. We know transitions like this can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while everyone adjusts to the new system.
